Bank Holiday opening

We are open this weekend as usual, but closed on Bank Holiday Monday. This poster shows details of local pharmacies open on 26 August. For wider availability please go to

Electronic prescriptions

This service is now available for patients of some practices in North Hampshire.  If your practice has signed up for this and you have a repeat prescription, it can now be signed and sent to a pharmacy of your choice electronically.  If you would like to take advantage of this service, please ask for a Nomination Form when you are next in the pharmacy. Once you have authorised Anstey Road Pharmacy as your receiving chemist, your GP can send us your e-prescription electronically.  The system is totally safe - and it usually takes less than a hour for a prescription to reach us.

Contact Details

We are a friendly, forward-looking, independent  pharmacy, committed to first class customer service.  If you have any queries or concerns about your medication, or about your health in general, just ask: our pharmacists will be happy to help.

In addition to dispensing prescription medicine to our customers, we have a well-stocked retail department with a wide range of 'over the counter' medicines, toothpastes and tooth brushes, painkillers, cough and cold relief, first aid and travel supplies.  If you require something we do not generally stock, we will be happy to order it in for you.  Just ask.
