Electronic prescriptions

This service is now available for patients across Hampshire. If you have a repeat prescription, it can now be signed and sent to a pharmacy of your choice electronically.  Simply ask your GP or the pharmacy to make sure you have a pharmacy nomination on your medical record. 

Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. If you have any problems or concerns, please telephone the pharmacy. 

You may find we are more able to take your call between 2pm and 4pm in the afternoon or after 7pm in the evening during the week (we are open until 10:30pm).  We can also take calls at the weekend.
